Ronald R. Gehrke, 59, of Cheyenne died Feb. 15 at United Medical Center-West.
He was born Aug. 24, 1945, in Cheyenne and lived here most of his life.
He graduated from Cheyenne's East High and earned his bachelor's degree in business at the University of Wyoming.
Mr. Gehrke served in the Navy in Vietnam.
He was district manager for Shari's Restaurants.
Mr. Gehrke was a member of the National Hot Rod Association. He was an avid fisherman and University of Wyoming sports fan.
He is survived by his wife, Caren Gehrke of Cheyenne, whom he married May 5, 1994; two daughters, Shannon Burns of Denver and Robin Burns of Cheyenne; his mother, Rebecca Gehrke of Cheyenne; and two sisters, Lynn Allard of Phoenix and Cynthia Carpenter of Greenville, N.C..
He was preceded in death by his father, Harlan Gehrke.
Services were held at Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes.
Military honors were provided by the American Legion Honor Guard.
