Services for Pamela Dee Tarter were held at the
Adams Funeral Home Chapel in Buffalo, Wyoming,
with the Rev. Jon Damaska officiating. Burial was in
Willow Grove Cemetery there. Tarter, 46, died at
her Buffalo home.
She was born March 9. 1945, in Cheyenne to Carl and
Lillian Kuwatch and had lived in Cheyenne until 1976.
She graduated from Cheyenne High School in 1963 and
attended the University of Wyoming for one year.
She was a past member of the Buffalo Golf Club board
of directors and the Ladies Golf league and had been
employed at the Posey Patch in Buffalo.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Tarter of Buffalo;
one son Charles Tarter of Laramie and one daughter,
Kelly Tarter of Buffalo.
She was preceeded in death by her parents.
