Mrs. Duane Duncan, the former Carol Ann Rath, died in Thornton, Colo., after a two year illness.

She lived at 3921 E. 48th Place, Thornton.

Mrs. Duncan was born May 16, 1945 and was a graduate from Cheyenne East High School.

She is survived by her husband, Duane Duncan; two children, Gary and Deanne, at home; her parents, Mr. & Mrs. George L. Rath of 585 E. Jefferson Rd.; a sister and brother, Brenda Gallion and Fred Rath of Cheyenne; four nephews and two nieces.

Funeral services were held at Mountain States Baptist Temple in Thornton.
